Geometric constraints
The shape my partner and i used to design the shelter were triangles. The reason we picked triangles was because they are known that be the strongest shape due to the equal amount of force between each piece. The angles that we formed were 60 degree angles meaning they are acute. The overall surface area of our shelter was 54.2 in^2 this is including the bottom area. The surface area we would need to cover the house is 40.65 in^2. The surface area of the interior is also the same. In my opinion i think about 4 people would fit in this house. 2 people downstairs and 2 people up stairs. We tested the strength by placing notebooks on it and hammering it down with a hammer. We even tossed and kicked the house around. Overall the structure was strong and ready to be put out into the world.

You can determine the number of people that would fit in the shelter by determining the square footage of the floor space inside your shelter. Also, where is your documentation of the model shelter you built?
